TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General Terms
1.1. The following terms and conditions (these “Terms of Service) apply to and govern all registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “Client”) of the services offered by Grand Bit Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
1.2. For any Client to start making use of the services offered by Grand Bit Ltd, the client must completely accept and agree to all the terms stated in this agreement. The Company will not be liable for any breach of these terms on the part of the Client.
1.3. Grand Bit Ltd reserves the right to makes changes to any part of this agreement after prior one-week notification to the Customer.
2. Description of services
2.1. The Company makes use of scalable distributed computing systems for their Bitcoin mining, which are optimized for Bitcoin investments. All the servers of the Company are located at its data center.
2.2. The Company offers her Clients the opportunity of receiving profits on their cryptocurrency investments through platform of Grand Bit Ltd (www.coins-antmining.com). These profits come from making use of reserved client computing services.
2.3. The rate of interests are measured in Bitcoin mining MHash/s (millions hashes/second).
3. Terms of resource reservation
3.1. The account of the Client must have an ‘Active’ status in order to earn any profit with the Grand Bit Ltd mining platform. For any Client’s account to be considered as ‘Active’, it must have at least BTC 0.01.
3.2. The Client must use the Bitcoin payment system to make deposits into their account.
3.3. The total amount on any Client’s account and the time of deposit determines the profit that accrues to the account. The Company’s Calculator page is used to calculate compound earnings.
3.4. For withdrawals to be processed, it must be requested through the same payment system used for the deposit.
3.5. Withdrawals requested by the Client through the Grand Bit Ltd system are processed instantly.
4. Parties to the agreement
4.1. For a user to become a Client, he/she must have completed the account opening processes on www.coins-antmining.com successfully.
4.2. When opening an account with Grand Bit Ltd, the Client is required to provide accurate information about themselves.
4.3. All users must be 18 years and above, and must legal citizens of the country of residence.
4.4. By opening an account with the Company, the Client agrees to never use the services offered by the Company for illegal purposes.
4.5. The Company will only offer services to the Client under the terms of this agreement.
4.6. The Company will never share any of the Client’s personal information with another party, as stated on the Privacy Policy of the Company.
5. Terms of use Account
5.1. Each Client is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts will result in suspension or termination of all accounts involved.
5.2. The transfer of account usage rights to another party on the part of the Client is prohibited.
5.3. The Client reserves the right to change the choice payment account in their member’s area.
5.4. The Customer is not allowed to delete their account.
6. Terms Affiliate Program
6.1. The aim of the Affiliate Program of the Company is to encourage individuals to join the Company’s investment platform.
6.2. The Company agrees to pay 5% commission to Clients for referring users to Grand Bit Ltd.
6.3. The commission is added to the account balance of the Client, as soon as the new Customer makes their first deposit.
7. Force majeure circumstances
7.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend their operations if at any point their operations are affected by world economic crisis, technological disasters, wars, earthquakes, strikes, and epidemics.
